Day 1:

Departure from Germany/Switzerland/Austria to Kenya

Day 2:

Arrival in Nairobi. Short sight-seeing tour including Karen Blixen museum and giraffe center. Afterwards, transfer to small and cozy Hotel Sentrim (incl. Pool) in the city center.

Day 3:

TToday, you drive along the great Rift Valley to Lake Nakuru NP which will take about two hours. After arrival, game drive within the small but beautiful park until the early night. Here, you are able to watch the rare black and white rhinos, buffalos, flamingos and many more animals. Overnight stay in bungalows at the beautiful Lake Nakuru Lodge.

Day 4:

You start already in the early morning for a game drive in the Lake Nakuru NP. Afterwards, drive to the private rhino resort Solio. 230 black and white rhinos live here. Overnight stay in Solio.

Day 5:

All-day game drive within this reserve. Overnight stay in Solio.

Day 6:

An approx. six hour drive to the world known Masai Mara, the northern extension of the Serengeti. With a bit of luck, you are able to experience the great migration of wildebeest and zebras and its belonging hunters. Overnight stay in the beautiful Olumara lodge, which is situated within a little forest and equipped with luxury tents.

Day 7:

All-day safari to the Masai Mara. Overnight stay at the Olumara lodge.

Day 8:

All-day safari to the Masai Mara. Overnight stay at the Olumara lodge.

Day 9:

Early start and drive to the largest lake of Africa, the lake Victoria. Thereby, you cross the border of Tanzania. Overnight stay at the Speke bay lodge which is situated next to the lake.

Day 10:

In the morning, boat trip on the huge lake with one of the traditional fishing boats. Thereby, you head to a little fishing village and are able to experience the way of life of the fisher men. Overnight stay at Speke bay lodge.

Day 11:

Today, you head to the perhaps most popular park of east Africa, the Serengeti. Here, you can find the biggest aggregation of wildlife. Overnight stay at the beautiful Lobo lodge, which was built into a rock wall (kopjes).

Day 12:

All-day game drive within the Serengeti. Thereby, you switch to the central part of the park. Overnight stay at the beautiful, perfectly situated Seronera lodge.

Day 13:

Early drive to Ngorongoro crater and game drive within the world famous crater which has a caliber of 20km. A paradise for wildlife is waiting for you! Around 4pm, drive out of the crater and to Karatu, to the Endoro or Rhotia Valley lodge which are both situated in the primeval forest.

Day 14:

Short drive to the lake Manyara NP. This small NP is situated directly next to the African fracture zone and next to the lake Manyara and offers wildlife including elephants, buffalos, giraffes, hippos, antelopes as well as the famous lions which sit in trees. Afterwards, at about 1pm, continuation of journey to Amboseli NP in Kenya. Overnight stay at the Sentrim lodge, which is directly located next to the park entrance. Comfortable tents including shower and toilet are waiting for you in front of a breathtaking Kilimanjaro scenery.

Day 15:

All-day game drive through the park of the northern side of the Kilimanjaro, which accommodates a multiplicity of wildlife. Here, you are able to shoot the popular postcard motives Animal + Kili. Overnight stay at Sentrim lodge.

Day 16:

Return to Tanzania to the green and quiet Meru Simba lodge (incl. Pool), which is located directly next to the Arusha NP.

Day 17:

Transfer to Kilimanjaro Airport and return flight to Europe. Arrival at midday.
